The minimum withdrawal on sagjili is ₱200. Account balances will not be reduced below zero as a result of dormancy fees.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional incentives offered by sagjili are subject to these general terms and any specific promotion terms communicated at the time of the offer. By claiming any bonus on sagjili, you agree to be bound by the applicable terms.

sagjili provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While sagjili makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability, sagjili does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. sagjili is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, third-party payment processor failures, telecommunications disruptions, or force majeure events.
You may close your sagjili account at any time by contacting sagjili customer support. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of any pending withdrawal processing and wagering requirement verification.

sagjili is subject to the oversight of PAGCOR. Where a dispute cannot be resolved between you and sagjili directly, you may have the right to escalate the matter to the appropriate PAGCOR regulatory channel.
sagjili reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number, email notification, or prominent notice on the sagjili platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required by law or regulation, in which case they may take effect immediately.
